All over the world, societies are facing a growing problem with obesity. 
This problem affects both children and adults. What are the reasons for 
this rise in obesity? How could it be tackled? 
In the last few years there is a problem with obesity that has 
been increasing significantly all around the world. This problem 
has been seeing in both adolescents and children.
One of the main causes of the problem is that most people have 
an unhealthy diet. What I mean by this is a majority of people are 
consuming palatable energy-dense and fattening foods such as 
processed or GM foods. To combat an issue, people must start 
eating nourishing meals which are also recommended by doctors. 
For example, we must increase consuming fresh fruits and 
vegetables rather than such kind of greasy dishes.
Another problem is that sedentary lifestyle among young 
people. Nowadays persons are doing less exercises than they used 
to be. People used to drive car instead of walking or biking to 
commute to their work. To tackle an issue people should go to 
fitness clubs and various sports.
By way of a conclusion, this is a serious problem in our society 
and everyone has to contribute to it, first and foremost for their 
own health
