INTRODUCTION
The foundation and actuality of the dissertation work.
Our country,
Uzbekistan has passed great historical period, and struggled for peace and
prosperity of people. Our ancestors were always realized as intellectual people of
Central Asia. When the Republic of Uzbekistan became Independent, there have
been many changes in various spheres of country life, as well as in educational
system. Great attention is being paid to younger generation. There were many
reforms in education and other fields of social life.
As our state gained its historical independence great attention started to be
paid to foreign languages and their teaching. State sovereignty, along with
membership in the United Nations and other international organizations has given
Uzbekistan an opportunity to conduct independent foreign policy, search for ways
to join the international community, and prioritize the goals of international
relations. One of the most important tasks of our country is to train of qualified
specialist in the fields of diplomacy, international law, external economic
activities, banking and other new realms of endeavors; expended study and training
opportunities for students and specialists at leading foreign educational and
research centers, foreign firms, banks and companies. In order to fulfill these tasks,
we should think about methods and ways of teaching English to our specialists. In
December 2010, our president Islam Karimov proposed about improving foreign
language teaching, especially English, to our specialists in different fields

Education provides creative inspiration for the spirituality of the people of
Uzbekistan. It helps us discover the best abilities of the up and coming generation,
while continuously improving the skills of professionals

. Education helps
elucidate and pass down the wisdom and experiences of the older generation to the
younger. Young people, with their budding talents and thirst for knowledge, begin
to understand spirituality through education. Our state will attract on a broad scale

the experience of advanced countries in training specialists and establishing
conditions for high-quality education in Uzbekistan itself

Uzbekistan pays great attention to education of population. ―Annually, about
53% of state budget is appropriated for further improvement of education system
in the country. Uzbek national education model includes all stages of education
and upbringing of personality, preschool education, primary and secondary
education, vocational education, higher education, raising skills/training and
further education. The country carries targeted activity for basic and professional
education of talented children and youth overseas. Since the very day of
Independence of Uzbekistan, thousands of young people have undergone courses
on different prestigious programs or have been educated in solid universities
abroad‖

At present time we are living in global process of the world. Nowadays to
Communicate with any foreign company, organization or any firm, we are required
to know a foreign language, especially English, because it is a first rate language of
the world now. As based on this social process, a lot of new decrees of
improvement of the foreign languages are being enforced by the government of
Uzbekistan. For instance: our president signed a new decree ―on measures to
further improve foreign language learning system on 10

December of 2012‖.
Implications of these decrees are related to tempting and improvement of
foreign language skills of our young generation. Also it‘s envisaged that university
modules, especially in technical and international areas, will be offered in English
and other foreign languages at higher education institutions.
Aforesaid we mentioned some information related to attention of education in our
country especially learning language. It‘s known that, educational reforms will
continue in the following years, because there are many sensible objects from

educational reforms and we believe that all reforms will be attached to social life
of people.
