ABSTRACT 
Each country pays special attention to the field of education and, in the process, 
to the national mentality in order to achieve the highest levels of development, and 
regularly introduces its people to modern scientific technologies and achievements. 
Indeed, the fate of development is decided by citizens who are spiritually mature, 
possess modern knowledge and sophisticated technology, have a strong faith, strong 
will, deep thinking, high potential, independent thinking and commitment to national 
values. In this regard, the decisions and decrees adopted on the basis of our rapidly
