USING “SMART TECHNOLOGIES” IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN

The totality of ICT in society is transforming into a new quality of
communication between consumers and producers, citizens and authorities,
students and universities. For the first time, manufacturers, government bodies,
universities and other entities have instant feedback technologies that signal
changes in the environment. The use of ICT in the economy allows companies to

achieve new economic effects by adapting to a constantly changing business
environment, creating mobile offices, and continuous communication with partners
and consumers. The development of the ICT industry has reached a critical point,
allowing us to consider the information space not only as a place for work,
learning, but also as an integral part of the living space of a modern person.
Information technologies are being replaced by smart technologies, characterized
by a set of properties that allow one or another device to be adapted to the needs of
the user during its operation, smart phones, TV sets, etc. Smart technologies are
becoming a priority, which are able to determine the next stage of the development
of society after the informational stage [2].
However, the use of new technologies only with "smart" or "smart" cannot
determine the nature of the formation of a new one, taking into account their
"smart" application. If we analyze the various technological solutions in the field
of landscape design, which are marketed as “smart garden”, then we can list: smart
boards, smart books, smart gardens, software for creating and distributing smart
fields, interactive and communicative educational content. Several other
technologies are mainly used in the smart education segment with various types of
social media and data mining technologies. The ecological situation on the planet,
created by human activity over the past century, is leading to an ecological crisis.
There is a change in climate, a change in the habitat of species. More and more the
stability of ecological zones is being shaken. To survive in the data, dynamically
changing environmental conditions, only a few representatives of flora and fauna,
unpretentious to nutrition, changes in humidity and light conditions, are adapted
[1].
The rest of the unique species are actually doomed to either mutation or
gradual degeneration and disappear forever from the face of the planet. The
activities of states in preserving the planet's biodiversity do not solve the existing
problem, the activities of international specialized organizations are rather of a
point nature and also cannot solve the problem. If it is impossible to resolve the
issue on a global scale, we suggest looking at the problem from the other side. The
result of the existing ecological situation is the result of the activities of a huge
number of people for a long time. Let's put the question this way: how can a huge
number of people be given the opportunity to personally participate in the
maintenance and conservation of the planet's biodiversity? The answer to this
question consists of several parameters: technology for solving the problem; social
motivation; availability for the consumer; budget for the consumer.
Landscaping is not only the placement of certain green compositions in a
private garden, as many perceive it, it is also the creation of recreation parks,
embankments, playgrounds, sports zones, and the complex organization of outdoor
space. The “smart garden” technology allows solving a number of problems:
creation of separate closed zones with a unique climate in the park's garden space,
typical for that particular group of plants and living organisms that need to be
preserved; in these zones it is possible to reproduce the peculiarities of climatic
