WAYS OF EFFECTIVE USE OF "CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES"

Today there is a wide range of Internet technologies that play an important 
role in almost all spheres of human activity, including education. The 
characteristics of modern hardware are changing and improving almost daily, and 
any university and institute is unlikely to be able to update its technical base in 
accordance with the rapidly changing computing capabilities of modern computers 
and provide the educational process with the latest innovations in computer 
technology. The same situation is with software, which involves considerable 
material costs for maintaining appropriate information services for students.
The modern development of society is characterized by a transition to a new 
stage, which plays an important role in the application of new information and 
communication technologies. Computer literacy is a necessary attribute of a 
modern person, contributing to organic socialization in today's rapidly changing 
world. Therefore, the emerging problems require new solutions in the creation and 
updating of the organization of training, the inclusion of the latest technical and 
technological means in order to increase the efficiency and optimize the 
educational process. In modern education, the processes of improving the methods 
and means of teaching and educating the individual are also taking place, taking 
into account the development of agricultural culture. 
An important role of new information technologies in education is that they 
not only perform the functions of a toolkit used to solve individual pedagogical 
problems, but also provide qualitatively new learning opportunities, stimulate the 
development of didactics and methodology, and contribute to the creation of new 
forms of training and education. 
Cloud technologies are one of the promising areas of development of 
modern information technologies. Cloud computing refers to distributed data 
processing technologies, in which computer resources and capacities are provided 
to the user as an Internet service [1]. 
Cloud technologies are a new service that involves the remote use of a 
means of processing and storing data. With the help of "cloud" services, you can 
get access to information resources of any level and any capacity, with the 
separation of the rights of various user groups in relation to resources, using only 
an Internet connection and a web browser. 
Clouds can be public or private. A private cloud is an infrastructure designed 
for use by a single organization that includes multiple consumers (for example, 
divisions of the same organization). A private cloud can be owned, operated and 
operated by the organization itself or by a third party (or some combination of 
these), and it can physically exist both within and outside the owner's jurisdiction. 
Public cloud is an infrastructure designed for free use by the general public. The
