Sites
Sites in
classroom.cloud
represent the individual school locations within
your organization. The key Admin tasks (e.g. enrolling school devices,
managing users) are conducted on a site-by-site basis. When you build your
classroom.cloud
environment, creating Sites and carrying out the associated
management tasks should be completed first.
Roles
A
classroom.cloud
web portal user can be assigned one of 3 user roles, as
described below.
‘Organization
Admin’ Role
Automatically assigned to the person who creates your
classroom.cloud
account. Gives them global access to manage sites and use all admin and
teacher features across the Organization. Additional Organization Admins
can be created.
