When you create your account, it will initially be licensed as a ‘Trial’. This allows for up to 50 portal 

users  (Administrator  and  teacher  accounts),  and  up  to  30  enrolled  devices  (with  the  relevant

 Student application installed). The trial period lasts for 30 days. If changes to your 

Organization details or the license type are required, please contact your

Manager.  In  any  communications  with  us,  you  may  be  asked  for  your  unique  Serial Number  or  

Account ID. You can use the Copy buttons to make an accurate note of the details to forward to us. 

As devices are enrolled into

, you will be able to see how many licenses are currently 

in use.
