from this. I’ve gotten the opportunity to travel around South
America and see the way others live, as well as the
breath-taking (extremely
beautiful)
landscapes. Most importantly, I met the love of my life there! He
moved back to Canada with me and I’m now pregnant with our second child.
Looking back, my life wouldn't be nearly what it is today without this change of
plans!

How did people around you respond to it?
My family was quite happy for me, but it was
bittersweet

for them because they really missed me. Since my parents were
immigrants to Canada, they never had these opportunities when they were
young, so they were joyous that I was able to. However, they were concerned
