Glossary

Heritage - features belonging to the culture of a particular society, such as traditions, languages, or buildings, that were created in the past and still have historical importance
coexist - to live or exist together, esp. in peace, at the same time or in the same place
picturesque - (especially of a place) attractive in appearance, especially in an old- fashioned way
unique - being the only existing one of its type or, more generally, unusual, or special in some way
infrastructure - the basic systems and services, such as transport and power supplies, that a country or organization uses in order to work effectively
gastronomic - relating to the preparation and consumption (= eating) of good food
