GYY is a large company that provides banking services, such as savings accounts and 
loans, to customers in several countries across Europe through their chain of high-
street banks.
The company has a manager for each branch. These managers report to a regional 
manager, who looks after a large number of branches. All regional managers report 
directly to the Board of Directors. 
GYY has a significant internal audit department which is required to ensure 
compliance to the large number of rules and regulations that the bank has to follow.
