Olma daraxti ildiz atrofi tuprog‘ida ekologik guruhlardan (7-jadval) pararizobiontlar: Tylenchus baloghi, Tylenchus Kirjanova, Tylenchus obtusicaudatus, Anaplectus granulosus, Proteroplectus asimilis, Xiphinema americanum, Tylencholaimus mirabilis, Eudorylaimus eremitus.
Devisaprobiontlar: Heterocephalobus tulaganovi, Heterocephalobus teres, Heterosephalobus laevis, Heterosephalobus filiformis, Cephalobus persegnis, Panagrolaimus spondyli, Panagrolaimus multidentatus.
Eusaprobiontlar: Caenorhabditis elegans, Rhabditis brevispina.
Fitogelmintlardan yarim parazit vakillaridan Tylenchorhynchus brassicae, Merlinius bogdanovi katjkovi, Merlinius dubius, Nothotylenchus loksai, Aphelenchoides limberi, haqiqiy parazitlardan Pratylenchus pratensis, Hoplolaymus tylenchiformislar uchradi.

O‘rik ildiz atrofi tuprog‘i fitonematodalari ekologik guruhlari bo‘yicha tavsif (bahor)
O‘rik daraxti o‘simlik ildizi, ildiz atrofi tuprog‘idan olingan tuproq, o‘simlik ildizi namunalari tadqiqoti natijasida, hammasi bo‘lib 16 tur (140 ekz.) fitonematodalar topildi. Bulardan ildiz atrofi tuprog‘ining 0-20 cm chuqurligida 5 tur, 56 ekzemplyar, 20-40 cm chuqurligidan 6 tur, 28 ekzemplyar, 40-60 cm chuqurligidan 6 tur, 56 ekzemplyar fitonematodalar aniqlandi (8-jadval).
O‘simlik ildiz atrofi tuprog‘ida fitonematodalarning turlari va soni bir-biriga yaqinligi kuzatildi. Turlar xilma xilligi barcha tuproq gorizontlari uchun 5-6 tani tashkil qildi, son jihatidan ustunlik asosan tuproq gorizontining yuqori qatlami, 0-20 cm, hamda tuproqning chuqur qatlamiga 40-60 cmga to‘g‘ri keldi (56 ekz.).
Ekologik guruhlar (9-jadval) ning hamma vakillari uchradi. Pararizobiontlarni 2 turi: Tylenchus baloghi (40-60 cm, 4 ekz), Tylenchus obtusicaudatus (0-20 cm, 12 ekz) ildiz atrofi tuprog‘idan topildi.
Devisaprobiontlar turlari xilma xilligi kuzatildi topilgan 16 turdan 9 (40 ekz) tasini devisaprobiontlar tashkil qildi: Panagrolaimus hygrophilus (40-60 cm, 4 ekz), Heterosephalobus buchneri (40-60 cm, 4 ekz), Heterosephalobus elongates (0-20 cm, 20 ekz), Heterosephalobus filiformis (0-20 cm, 12 ekz, 40-60 cm, 12 ekz), Heterosephalobus laevis (0-20 cm, 8 ekz), Heterocephalobus latus (40-60 cm, 8 ekz), Heterocephalobus tulaganovi (40-60 cm, 24 ekz)-eudominant, Cephalobus persegnis (20-40 cm, 4 ekz), Acrobeles paschitnovae (20-40 cm, 4 ekz).
Fitonematodalar soni jihatidan ustunlik ham devisaprobiontlarga to‘g‘ri keldi. Ildiz atrofi tuprog‘i 0-20 cm chuqurligida topilgan 56 ekz. nematodalarni, 40 ekz. devisaprobiontlarga tegishli ekanligi aniqlandi. Ushbu tuproq gorizontida boshqa ekologik guruhlarga qaraganda devisaprobiontlar ustunligi, eudominant guruh ekanligi ma’lum bo‘ldi.
Eusaprobiontlardan bitta tur, Mezorhabditis monhystera ildiz atrofi tuprog‘ining 20-40 cm chuqurligida uchradi (4 ekz).
Maxsus kasallik keltirib chiqaruvchi va kasallik keltirib chiqarmaydigan fitogelmintlardan: yarim parazit turlar: Tylenchorhynchus bucharicus (0-20 cm 4 ekz.), Psilenchus clavicaudatus (20-40 cm 8 ekz.), Aphelenchoides limberi (20-40 cm 4 ekz), haqiqiy parazitlardan Ditylenchus destructor (20-40 cm 4 ekz.) uchradi.
