plasma by a laser beam, the formation and expansion of multiply charged ions in
depending on the angle of incidence and power density of the laser
radiation contribute to the creation of a theory of the formation of multiply charged
NoHoB in dense laser plasma.

The results obtained in this dissertation work are significantly
expand understanding of phenomena in laser plasma and nature
formation of ions from the surface of solids, stimulate
research aimed at establishing more general

3. The effect of an increase in the number of peaks and OHOB nover XHOCTHbIX inclusions and a change in the ionization state of matrix atoms with an increase in the angle of incidence of laser radiation on the surface W and their cleaning by grazing laser radiation;
4. The effect of "accumulation" in the process of formation of multiply charged HbIx ions from opaque W upon short-term irradiation with a gliding laser radiation;
5. Effect of dependence of laser radiation absorption on the angle of incidence of radiation on the target surface.
