STEP 1: The pupils choose the activity they would like to do.
STEP 2: The pupils write why they would like to do it.
Activity 1c Mingle and fi nd someone who would like the same. 7 min
Objective: to develop speaking skills
STEP 1: The pupils go round the class, mingle, ask and fi nd someone who would 
like to do the same.
STEP 2: Ask the pairs to tell the class the activity they would like to do and why 
they would like to do it.
Activity 2 Work in pairs. Read and choose “will” or “won’t”. 5 min
Objective: to improve grammar competence
STEP 1: The pupils read the text.
STEP 2: They discuss in pairs the grammar and put appropriate auxiliary verb in 
negative or positive forms.
