|
The bidder submitting the lowest pricing for all the four components (Survey, Supply and Services) mentioned below in a), b) & c) shall be considered as L1 bidder;
a) The quantities of BOM as defined in Annexure E for Supply, Installation & Commissioning.
b) Various components required for the network and its centralized control (Control Room equipments, dispatcher, GPS, Maps, PC’s and Printers etc) and providing manpower thereof.
c) Comprehensive onsite maintenance for 5 years.
d) Infrastructure Survey of earlier BOM deployed in the districts. Annexure – K is to be referred for the details of above.

| Installation, commissioning & acceptance - The vendor shall be responsible for delivery and installation of the equipments at site of the order and for making the network fully operational within 12 weeks for each divisional headquarter from the date of supply. If not feasible, it shall be communicated to the purchaser in writing. The period of 12 weeks shall start from the date of supply. |
The period is amended from 12 weeks to 6 weeks as per clause 3.4 Delivery Schedule, sub clause iii.
