   Read the paragraph and answer the question. Pupils are expected a high standard of behaviour at all times at schools. Parents also should support teachers in developing the good behaviour of their children. It is important that pupils behave well in class. Bad behaviour affects the learning of other pupils and is unacceptable. Bullying is not tolerated at schools. Truancy is also a serious matter. Repeated truancy may result in exclusion from the school.
   

Teachers may punish pupils if they break the rules. How do you think? Why do schools need this kind of rules?

I think these kinds of rules are applied to keep discipline at schools. If there are no rules, everybody does what they want. Some higher-grade pupils may offend lower grade pupils. Pupils don’t come to school. They don’t respect their teachers. And all these may lead to decrease quality of education in that school.

3. What kind of skills do you need for your future job?

I want to be a teacher. For teaching I firstly need communication. I will have to work with a lot of children or students. Without good communication skills I hardly manage to do my job. Then I need creativity. I will make lesson plans, I teach themes with different methods, I assess pupils, I separate them in pairs and groups. So, creativity is also essential. Patience also the most needed skill. Because pupils learn at all different rates. I need to be patient and keep working hard. The results will come itself.
