Introduction 
Every year, many reforms are being carried out in our country to improve the business 
environment, provide them with opportunities and support them. In order to facilitate and encourage 
implementation, a number of regulations in the field have been critically reviewed, and outdated, 
outdated bureaucratic barriers and obstacles have been removed.
As a result, the business environment in the country has improved, and a wide range of 
opportunities has been created for businesses and private investors. Such positive changes are widely 
recognized by influential international organizations. These include the World Bank and the 
International Finance Corporation 
In the Doing Business 2020 report, Uzbekistan ranked 69th and ranked among the top 20 
reformers in the w
orld in terms of the scale and effectiveness of reforms. ”[1] 
The urgency of supporting entrepreneurs is growing in the context of the ongoing Covid-19 
pandemic around the world, and many measures are being taken in our country to reduce its impact on 
entrepreneurs. In particular, reduction of tax rates, financial assistance from the State Fund for 
Entrepreneurship Support in repaying loans, credit obligations supportive measures such as extending 
the deadlines, stopping the calculation of income and social taxes for enterprises that are forced to cease 
operations are being consistently pursued.
