Database administrator

A database administrator (DBA) is a specialized computer systems administrator who maintains a successful database environment by directing or performing all related activities to keep the data secure. The top responsibility of a DBA professional is to maintain data integrity. This means the DBA will ensure that data is secure from unauthorized access but is available to users.

Software developer

A software developer is a company or person that creates software - either completely, or with other companies or people.

A programmer generally only writes code, but a software developer usually will:

Help Desk Supervisor

  The Help Desk Supervisor’s role is to oversee the entire Help Desk staff and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Help Desk functions. The Help Desk Supervisor will also contribute to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users at the desktop level.
  

Support technician

  When we want to describe how often the action is done, we need to use adverbs of frequency or frequency phrases. There are nine main adverbs of frequency that we use in English: always, usually, normally, often, sometimes, occationaly, seldom, rarely, and never.
