  1. Exercise-physical activities that you do in order to stay healthy and become stronger.... Physical activity-related to someone’s body rather than their mind or emotions → mental → emotional. Fitness-when you are healthy and strong enough to do hard work or play sport

  3. It depends on each individual and their health. For me twice a week is enough. Because I have to study

  4. I think doing exercise every day isn't important. Organising and choosing correct activity is enough

  5. Because it helps to our mental and physical strength

  6. I think evey activity is beneficial for someone. It isn't true to say this type is not beneficial

  7. One fact is that people who do exercise live longer
