Piloxing- mixture between boxing, pilates and dance kind of boxing in order to build your muscles and strength with pilates
Pilates-a form of exercise in which you develop the muscles in your abdomen in order to control your body movement and protect your back.
Muscle-a piece of flesh that connects one bone to another and is used for moving a particular part of your body
Strength- the physical energy that someone has to lift or move things
Paddle boarding – the activity of moving a board through the water using a paddle
match-a game in which players or teams compete against each other, especially in a sport.
balance-the ability to remain steady in an upright position
speed-the rate at which someone or something moves
5. On the phone
call back- to telephone someone again, or to telephone someone who telephoned you earlier
spell-to say or write the letters of a word in the correct order
put through-to connect by telephone
make sure-to make certain
expect-to think that something will happen
receptionist- a person employed in an office, hotel to receive clients, guests answer the telephone, and arrange appointments
connect- to join two things together
hold- to carry something using your hands or arms
busy- having a lot of things to do
extention-a telephone line that is one of several lines coming from a main line

Apartment- set of rooms for living in
car park- an area or a building where people can leave their cars for a short period of time
elevator- a lift in a building
facility – something that is provided for people to use
garage- a building for keeping a car in
laundry- dirty clothes that you are washing or clean clothes that have been washed
mailbox- a postbox, mailbox
manager- someone whose job is to organize work of an organization or a business
rent – amount of money that you pay for using a house
room- someone you share a room with
deposit-rent payment, payment into a bank account
suburb-an area or a town near a large city
7. Money
banknote – a piece of paper money. The usual word is note.
coin – a flat round piece of metal with special designs on it, used as money.
keep/save money – to spend less money on something and keep for the future
rich – owning a lot of money, property, or valuable possessions
go up – increase
rise – to move upwards or to a higher position
spend money (on) – to use money to pay for things
ready cashmoney – money in the form of coins and notes that you can spend immediately.
payment (make a payment) – an amount of money that you pay or receive
poor – having little money and few possessions (poor family/country/man)
