1-laboratory work first aid techniques for electric shock and other accidents

Training mode. The training mode is used to work out individual elements of resuscitation.
Procedure:
1. Ensure the correct tilting of the head of the simulator (at a tilting angle of 15–20 degrees, the green signal “Correct position” turns on).
2. Unfasten the belt (the green signal "Belt unbuttoned" turns on).
3. When practicing chest compressions, the rescuer's hands should be above the end of the xiphoid process of the sternum, approximately at a distance of two finger diameters. In case of an incorrect position, the red signal "Position of hands" is turned on, and the actions of the rescuers will be considered incorrect.
4. Conduct an indirect heart massage according to the rules of first aid. When the force is applied (25+2 kgf), the punching depth is 3–5 cm, the green signal “Hand position” turns on. With a force of more than 32 kgf (sternum displacement of more than 5 cm), 2 red signals “Rib Fracture” are turned on.
5. Carry out IVL according to the rules of first aid. With a sufficiently intense intake of air into the lungs (air flow rate of at least 2 l / s and a volume of at least 400-500 cm 3), the green signal “Normal air volume” turns on.
6. You can check the presence of a pulse on the carotid artery of the simulator by turning on the “Pulse” button.
7. Check the condition of the pupils of the victim's eyes by pulling the eyelid up. In this case, the pupils of the eyes will be dilated - the victim is in a state of clinical death. When you turn on the "Pulse" button, the pupils of 19 eyes of the simulator become normal - the functions of the victim are restored. In addition, with each correct press when performing an indirect heart massage, the pupils constrict. In the case of working with a demonstration board, all light signaling about the actions of rescuers is identical to the signaling on the electronic control panel. After completing all the training actions, you must press the "Reset" button, and the green signal "Reset" turns on.
