The interdepartmental integration platform (IIP) is a set of hardware and software tools designed to integrate information systems and resources within the framework of the provision of electronic public services and the organization of electronic interdepartmental interaction.
Through expanded functionality for processing various data formats, the interdepartmental integration platform allows you to reduce the effect of “scrappy informatization” and organize interdepartmental electronic exchange. To improve the provision of public services to the population and business entities, as well as reduce the costs and time of rendering services, which in turn is designed to favorably influence the formation of economy in the era of digitalization.
Currently, more than 140 state information systems and resources are connected to the interdepartmental integration platform. For 1 month, over 100 million information requests are processed through the IIP. IIP has integrated more than 200 services for obtaining information.
All reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the widespread information and communication technologies, which are the most promising sector of the modern economy, serve as the beginning of building a system for solving social problems, programs adopted within the framework of reforms serve to improve the social environment in society and increase the well-being of the population.
So, the results of the adoption by the Presidential Decrees of March 23, 2021 No. PD-6191 "On additional measures to further create favorable conditions for the population and business entities when using public services, reducing bureaucratic barriers in this direction" and No. PD-6191 dated July 24, 2021 -6269 "On measures to improve the infrastructure for the provision of public services and expand access of the population to public services" was a decrease in the number of certificates required by state bodies from the population in the provision of public services and the promotion of social reforms. These regulatory legal acts have canceled the requirement from citizens for more than 30 different certificates, which now requested by state bodies online through the Interdepartmental Integration Platform of the Electronic Government system.
