In today’s world, people who are advanced in age are not so much taken care. Instead of it, they tend to be under care of charterhouses. While it has certain benefits, I am convinced that there are drawbacks as well.

On the one hand, keeping the elderly in nursing homes seems to have advantages. First and foremost, they can be better looked after there than in where they used to live. By this I mean that if it is a problem to take care the old in a family, where has a poor condition, charterhouses have a key role to play in solution of this dilemma. What is more, activity of nursing homes can be way of making a profit for government funding. This is because, these services has payouts relating to itself, such as food payments.

On the other hand, holding old people in charterhouses appears to be disadvantages. This way of putting care can cause them to be in continuous stress due to longing for family. It is natural to miss relations or children. Another drawback for this is that youngsters can grow without tips of educational value of their grandparents as consequence of this method of looking after. It is evident that advices which are given by the elderly play a crucial role in next life of youth. On the ground that the old are known to undergo much more experiences.

In conclusion, above aspects can be perfect explanation for some advantages and disadvantages of keeping people advanced in years in nursing homes.
