Specifications:

- Must live in County Commission Districts 1, 3, 4, 5 or 6

- Must be AGE 14 to 21, able to work in the US

- Must have a picture ID & Social Security Card

- 20 hours paid training

- 95 hours of paid work GUARANTEED

- Household income cannot exceed the HHS
