Structure of the Consultative Forum

The Forum has up to 18 representatives in total and there are currently 8 vacant positions (due to the fact that several representatives have had to retire by rotation in May 2010):

There are usually three or four meetings a season. The meetings will take place on home match days almost always prior to kick-off.

Arsenal F.C. has appointed an independent company, Electoral Reform Services, to assist with the administration of the appointment of the Forum representatives. Electoral Reform Services is the specialist balloting and related services division of the Electoral Reform Society. Electoral Reform Services also provide an independent chair for the Forum meetings.
How do I apply to become a representative on the Forum?
For Groups A-E:

Red Member; Club Level Member, Away scheme Member, Executive Box holder, Disabled supporters representative:-

• 
  Complete the Application Form below and post it to Elliot Roberts, Electoral Reform Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW (or email to [e-mail]) to be received no later than 12.00pm on Friday 21^st May 2010.
  

• 
  After the closing date for applications, Electoral Reform Services will sort the applications into the relevant categories and carry out a validity check. All valid applications will then go forward to a draw for that category.
  

• 
  Electoral Reform Services will randomly draw from the valid applications the required number of representatives for each category – in addition to the same number of reserves.
  

For Group F:

Gay Supporters Representative:-

If you would like to be considered for this position, please send a letter / email to Electoral Reform Services (contact details as above) providing a brief background of your knowledge of the issues affecting gay supporters and their potential impact on the Club. Please ensure that your full address and contact details are listed on your letter.

The Club will then select the applicant that it is felt will provide the forum with the most valuable input on issues impacting on gay supporters.

For Group G:

Ethnic Minorities Supporters Representative:-

If you would like to be considered for this position, please send a letter / email to Electoral Reform Services (contact details as above) providing a brief background of your knowledge of the issues affecting ethnic minority communities and their potential impact on the Club. Please ensure that your full address and contact details are listed on your letter.

The Club will then select the applicant that it is felt will provide the forum with the most valuable input on issues impacting on ethnic minority supporters.

For Group H:

Arsenal Supporters Club branch (domestic):-

  Any Supporters Club branch that wants to provide a representative should contact Electoral Reform Services (contact details as above) to express an interest
  

• 
  The names of these representatives will be placed into a draw, if necessary.
  

The complete results of the selection procedure will be published on the Club website soon after the above deadline.

You may only submit ONE application and you may only apply to represent ONE category. Applicants who make multiple applications will be disqualified.

Applicants for all categories must be at least 16 years old on 1^st August 2010.
