Scanning and turn Wi-Fi scanning off (if it was enabled)

Go to Settings > Security & location > Location > Advanced > Scanning and turn Wi-Fi scanning off (if it 
was enabled) 
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and turn WiFi Off.

After turning Wi-Fi off, the list of available Access Points will close:

Go to WiFi preferences > Advanced > Honeywell Proprietary Settings > Roaming Parameters and change 
the roaming settings to the desired behavior.
