5K RACE AND KIDS FUN RUN

SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2014

All proceeds benefit education programs in Grades K-12 in the Pottsgrove School District)

Welcome to the Pottsgrove School District’s Annual Foundation 5K Race. This is our 13^th year of sponsoring the 5K Race and Kids Run. Course is slightly hilly neighborhood run that begins and ends at the Pottsgrove High School Athletic Stadium. The Kids run will immediately follow the 5K Race – Parents are welcome to run with their kids.
Date: Saturday, May 17^th, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. (Day of Registration 8-8:45 am)

Place: Pottsgrove High School Athletic Stadium, 1345 Kauffman Road, Pottstown, PA 19464 (Wheel Measured through neighborhoods adjacent to High School)

Entries: Before April 5^th – Preregistration Cost is $20.00 (Includes Race T-Shirt)

After April 6^th – Registration Cost is $25.00 (Includes Race T-Shirt while supplies last)

Awards: Male and Female Overall Winner Awards – Age Group Medals for Both Male and Female Finishers (14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)

I hearby request permission to participate in the Pottsgrove Education Foundation 5K Race and Kids Walk. In consideration of the entry being accepted, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, waive and release any and all right I have against the organization holding this event, its agents, representatives, sponsors, successors and assigns for any all injuries suffered by me or damages out or, or related to the run. I verify that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently for this race. I grant permission to use photos of me and release my name for any and all race purposes. All of the forgoing has been read by the undersigned and voluntarily been signed. I grant permission for Pottsgrove to use my race photographs on the race website.
