Chairman: The board would recognize the following correspondence:

  Received an email from Ryan Emerson from DCED that they are not able to extend the Mountain Bike trails grant #C000056033 past the June 30, 2017 deadline.
  
• 
  Chairman had questions answered on the line of credit from M & T Bank. All funds are available to draw out to April 23^rd, then the loan goes into a 5 year repayment plan.

12) Chairman: I would like to ask for a motion to reimburse Northumberland County Planning Department in the amount of $1185.50 for Administrative staff hours for the AMD contract #C000056083.

13) Chairman: I would like to ask for a motion to enter into an agreement with Off Road Consulting for online map creations and updates not to exceed $3,000 for creation. This includes first year of maintenance. This will include maps for full size, atv and SxS for both the East and West. The AOAA will own the data.

Chairman: I would like ask for a motion to amend the lease with SKS Solutions to include an updated map to reflect an approximately 2.3 acre change.

MR. MACK EXPLAINED THAT HE HELD A DISCUSSION WITH KATHY JEREMIAH, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY GRANTS MANAGER RELATED TO THE AOAA GRANTS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. SHE WILL BE SUBMITTING THE LATEST DCNR FOR A FEDERAL AWARD FOR UTILIZATION OF RTP FUNDS. SHE MAY BE REACHING OUT TO THE STAFF AND BOARD FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THE APPLICATION. IF WE ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO RECEIVE THE AWARD HE BELIEVES KATHY SHOULD GO TO WASHINGTON D.C. TO REPRESENT US AND ACCEPT SUCH.

16) Chairman: Is there any public comment on items other than those on the agenda?

ROB FROM RAUSCH CREEK EXPLAINED THEY ARE WORKING ON DOING SOME THINGS WITH THE JEEP SIDE OF THEIR OPERATIONS AND WOULD LOOK TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH US TO HELP GROW BOTH PROJECTS.
ALSO THEY ARE WORKING WITH A LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NEAR THEM TO PROVIDE DIRECT ACCESS TO TOWN AND WILL KEEP US UPDATED ON SUCH. DIRECTOR PORZI OFFERED TO ASSIST WITH THAT ANYWAY HE COULD.
