The 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Grand Prix Express North Wales Cross Country League will be held at the Ysgol Clywedog Sports Centre, Ruthin Road, Wrexham LL13 7UB on Friday 22nd April 2016 at 7.15pm. Clubs are reminded that all interested parties can attend but voting is restricted to one club,one vote. PLEASE NOTE NEW VENUE

(Clubs are reminded that, in accordance with the motion passed on 9 March 1985 , “all clubs wishing to host a fixture should write to the Secretary inviting the League to include their course for consideration”).

(Clubs are asked to bring all known cross country / road and fell running dates with them to the meeting).

(c) Finance / Affiliation fees.

(d) Referees.

Every member club is asked to make a special effort to be represented at the meeting.
