Novice Routine Meet Event Categories (Rulebook pg.	Competitive Novice Competitions shall be for Team routine events only 8 & under Team 11-12 year Team 13-15 year Team 10 & under Team 13-15 year Team Novice Master Teams Duet/Trio or Solo routine option will only be permitted through permission from Synchro Swim Ontario if a Club does not enough athletes to field a Team. Please contact the Synchro Swim Ontario office if you require an exception

Late entry fee	5.1.3 (pg. 16 SSO Rulebook) Entry forms including payment not submitted by the stated competition entry deadline will be assessed a financial penalty of $250.00 will be invoiced by Synchro Swim Ontario the day following the entry deadline. Failure to pay the fine by the first event of the competition shall result in disqualification. Fines are non-refundable.

Souvenir Program Photos	If you wish, send a digital photo (posed photo or action shot) of each of your teams participating in the 2015 Novice Routine Meet and Master Provincial Championships. The cost to include a photo will be $10/photo Club. Please be sure to indicate in the email the team and Club for each picture submitted. Throughout the meet we’ll be announcing the names of your club, your coaches and your swimmers. Help our announcers get the correct pronunciation the first time, every time, so we won’t feel awkward, and you won’t feel annoyed.
Give some thought to the names associated with your clubs, teams, and coaches, and if you can give us some clues to the chronically mis-pronounced, we’re more than happy to have them. Suggested hints: “sounds like, “rhymes with,” “French pronunciation.” “stress the second syllable.” For example, the name “McKone” could be “Mick as in Jagger, Cone as in Ice Cream,” or “Muck Own.”

   From the Gardiner:  Don Valley Pkwy NORTH to Bayview/Bloor exit.  Left at lights (to Danforth Ave.).  Proceed approx. 2km eastbound on Danforth Ave..  SOUTH on Jones Ave.  Approx. 2km to Gerrard.  Riverdale is on northeast corner.  Turn LEFT (EAST) on Gerrard.  Turn into circular driveway to drop off swimmer at POOL ENTRANCE.
