The advancements affect various companies making them to change their current business model into more innovative approach such as customer-centric model. Hence, the issues that may arise can be positively solved by the use of creative problem-solving techniques. These techniques are essential tools in almost all companies in almost every industry. And by the end of this assignment we will see their importance in detail. This paper analyzed and discussed the given scenario, then based on the analysis generated a certain sets of problem definitions, then chose and elaborated the ideal one in depth.
