Mr. James Harold Falls is the Chief Chemist with CF Industries, INC. He is a 1965 graduate of Campbell College with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Math. Mr. Falls is a member of numerous organizations including the American Chemical Society, International Fertilizer Society, and Association of Analytical Chemist International. He was also the Chairperson for the Analytical Phosphate Methods committee for the Association of Fertilizer and Analytical Chemist (AFPC) for 20 years.

Mr. Falls is also very active in his community of Plant City, Florida. He has taught 4-8^th grade science teachers, hands on Chemistry. He visits numerous public and private schools presenting Chemistry magic shows, of which thousands of children have seen. He serves on the Citizens Environmental Advisory Committee to the Hillsborough County Commissions on environmental issues in the county representing Plant City for ten years. He has taught chemistry at an evening high school, Steppin’ Stone Farm Academy. Mr. Falls has been a volunteer fireman and rescue squad member for 12 years.

As member of First Baptist Church of Plant City, Fl., Mr. Falls is a royal Ambassadors Leader, a Sunday school teacher, and the Director of the Sunday School Department. He serves on numerous church committees and established the Church Video Team. He also has participated on two mission trips to Jamaica. Mr. Falls is a native of Chase City, Virginia, and is married to Lynda. They have two children James Trevor Falls, who is a graduate of University of South Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University where he received his Juris Doctor.
