In Uzbekistan , primarily successive reformation is accomplishing on the social intend , especially security of human profits and it is aimed at improving existence of population. Particularly,there are problems to solve in utilizing dwelling fund and managing it.The following problems are :

Incompatible action of executive organs, private dwelling proprietor companies and shuttling dwell utilities.

Underestimation of security housing fund

Construction of some little gardens behind the apartment and building up some little buildings by dwellers.

Some changings in high storey buildings are altering internal volume plans ,disserving the walls, change the location of kitchens onto balcony and there are collapsing technological norms.
