2017 Vendor booth prices are $100.00 for 10’ x 10’ for Chamber Members and $300 non-Members.
Vendor booth prices are $250.00 for 15’ x 20’ for Chamber Members and $450 for non-Members.
Vendor booth prices are $75.00 for 10’ x 10’ for non-profit Chamber Member organizations and
$200 for non-member non-profit for a 10’ x 10’.
Water is NOT available. West Richland Sales Tax must be reported on your quarterly Excise Tax Form.
Set up begins at 12:00 noon, with all vehicles having to be off the grounds no later than 2:30 pm. Tear down and clean up can begin after raffle drawing, approximately 9:00 pm. There will be lighting in the vendor area. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopy, etc. Important: Weights and/or tie-downs are required to hold canopies in place. Canopy weights and ties must be well marked and not create trip and fall hazards. Spaces will be assigned on first come basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate vendors with special needs.
All vendors must provide the chamber proof of insurance. Deadline for vendor application forms is June 02, 2017. Cancellations must be made in writing before June 02, 2017 in order to get refund.
Please sign the Hold Harmless Agreement on the back of this form. Applications not signed will be returned and may not be approved.
Approval of all vendors will be at the discretion of the West Richland Area
