INGLIZ TILI O‘QUV PREDMETINING MAQSAD VA VAZIFALARI

Xorijiy tilni egallash ta’lim, ilm-fan, iqtisodiyot, siyosat va ijtimoiy hayotdagi globallashuvning yangi davri uchun asosiy kalit hisoblanadi. Globallashayotgan ta’lim endilikda ilm oluvchilar uchun ham, o‘qituvchilar uchun ham butun dunyoda ta’limni va ilmiy izlanishlarni davom ettirish imkoniyatini yarat ib bormoqda. Bundan tashqari bu jarayon o‘rta maxsus kasb-hunar bitiruvchilarining turli dunyoviy bilimlarni xususan, chet tillarida bilishlaridan tashqari o‘z kasblari bo‘yicha egallagan bilim va ko‘ni kmalarini chet tillarida davom ettirish imkoniyatini yaratmoqda.

Ushbu o‘zgarishlar ta’lim sohasidagi mutaxassislarning xalqaro birlashuviga va ular tomonidan mamlakatlararo taqqoslanishi mumkin bo‘lgan mukammal global dasturlarning yaratilishiga olib keldi .

Mazkur ishchi o’quv dasturi O‘zbekistonda xorijiy tilni o‘qitishning xalqaro standartlarga muvofiq keluvchi umumevropa xorijiy tillarni o‘rganish, oqitish va baholash ramkalaridagi tavsiyalar(CEFR)ga moslashtirilgan holda amalga oshirilgan amaldagi na’munaviy o‘quv dasturi asosida tuzib chiqildi. Bu ishchi oquv dasturi Furqat ijtimoiy iqtisodiyot kollejidagi ta’lim oluvchi barcha yo’nalishlardagi guruhlar o’quvchilari uchun Ingliz tilini o‘rganish uchun mos holda yaratildi va shunga xizmat qiladi.

Mazkur ishchi o’quv dasturi Ingliz tilini o‘rganishning asosiy shakllarini tashkil qiluvchi 4 ta ko‘nikmaga asosl anadi.

Tinglash ko‘nikmasi. Ushbu o‘quv dasturi va uning asosida yaratilajak darsliklar va dars bayonnomalari hamda ma’ruzalar matnlari ham aynan shu ko‘nikmalarga asoslangan tarzda tuzildi. Xorijiy tilni egallashda eshitish ko‘nikmasini shakllantirish maqsadida kasbga yo‘naltiradigan matnlar tayyorlandi. Shuningdek, birinchi kurs o‘quvchilari uchun matnlar A2 dan B1 daraja oralig‘ida bo‘lishiga e’tibor qaratildi. Bundan tashqari eshitishdan oldin, eshitish davri va eshitishdan keyin bajariladigan topshi riqlar o‘quvchi darsligiga hamda ishchi kitobiga kiritildi. Bularning bari o‘quvchining tinglab tushunish qobiliyatining asta-sekin rivojlanib borishidagi asosiy omillardandir.

Gapirish ko‘nikmasi. Tinglab tushunish uchun berilgan topshi riqlar va matnlar o‘quvchilarga o‘zaro dialog va monolog yaratish imkonini beradi . Bundan tashqari o‘quvchilarning o‘z fikrini ifodalab berishi uchun tuzilgan qiziqarli savollar asosida ularning gapirish ko‘nikmalari oshib boradi.

0‘qish ko‘nikmasi. O‘quvchining o‘qish ko‘nikmasi turli darajadagi matnlarni o‘qib, tushunishi, fikrini ifoda eta olishi yoki baholash tizimida matn asosida tuzil gan testlarga javob bera olishi bilan belgilanadi .

Yozish ko‘nikmasi. Yozish ko‘nikmasida o‘quvchi o‘z fikrini yozma bayon eta olishi ahamiyatga molik. Yozishda o‘quvchi ishlatgan iboralarining mazmuni, foydalangan grammatik strukturalarning oddiy yoki murakkabligiga qarab o‘quvchining bilim darajasi aniqlanadi. Dars vaqtida o‘qituvchi har bir o‘quvchining yozish ko‘ni kmasini ushbu jihatlarni rivojlantirish maqsadida shakllantirib borishi muhimdir.

O‘MKHT tizimida B1, B1+ darajadagi o‘quvchilarni tayyorlash uchun yuqorida ko‘rsatilgan ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish ko‘zda tutilgan asosiy vazifalardan hisoblanadi.

Tillarni o‘rganish, o‘qitish va baholashning umumyevropa ramkalari tavsiyalari (CEFR - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, teaching, assessment).

CEFR dunyo bo‘ylab keng tarqalgan xorijiyt il ta’limining standartlaridan biridir. O‘quv-uslubiy majmualar til o‘rganuvchining ma’lum maqsadga yo‘naltirilgan o‘qitish tizimi va baholash tizimining zamon talablariga asoslanganligini va uning ijrosinini ta’minlashi lozim.

CEFR turli mamlakatlar yoki ma’lum bir mamlakatdagi turli universitetlar, kollejlar va maktablardagi o‘quv dasturlari, mutaxassislarning tayyorgarlik darajasi va baholash tizimlarini qiyoslash uchun ishonarli usul hisoblanadi.

CEFR taqdimotiga ko‘ra dunyo bo‘yicha til kompitentsiyalarining baholanishini O‘MKHT uchun ingliz tili misolida quyidagi jadvalda ko‘rish mumkin:

keng mavzularda aniq, ilmiy uslubga xos bo‘lmagan so‘zlar bilan o‘z fikrini ifodalay ol adi, shuningdek, muhokama qilinayotgan mavzu bo‘yicha turli variantlarning yutuq va kamchiliklarini ko‘rsata oladi;

ishda, ta’limda, dam olishda doimo muhokama qilinadigan, tanish mavzularning asosiy mazmunini tushunadi;

sayohat vaqtida ro‘y beradigan turli muloqot vaziyatlaridan chiqib keta oladi.

tanish yoki o‘zi uchun qiziqarli bo‘lgan mavzularda matn yarata oladi;

o‘z rejalarini, boshidan kechirgan voqea va hodisalarni, orzu-umidlari va hissiyotlarni tasvirlab bera oladi, shuningdek, fikrlarini asoslab tushuntira oladi;

DTS bo‘yicha Bl, B1+ darajalari uchun Ingliz tili ko‘nikmalariga qo‘yilgan talab Tinglab tushunish:

Ishga yoki har kunlik hayotiga taalluqli mavzudagi so‘zlar bilan o‘z ma’nosida ishlatilgan nutqni tushuna oladi, undagi umumiy ma’no va ba’zi detallarga e’t ibor qaratadi. Ammo bunda nutq ravon va

tanish shemada bo‘lishi shart. Tez-tez tilga olinadigan ish, o‘qish, dam olish kabi tanish mavzularda adabiy tildagi ravon nutqni tushunadi . Shu jumladan televidenie va radio eshittirish, kinolarini tushunadi. Akademik litsey va kollej o‘quvchilarining ushbu ko‘nikamalarini darsda va darsdan tashqarida rivojlantirib borishlari uchun har darsda “til muhiti”ni yaratish uslublarini yaratishga ijodiy yondashish zarur. Turli manbalardan, jumladan o‘z sohasi va qiziqishlariga qarab manbalarni izlash madaniyatini o‘quvchilarga singdirib borish maqsadga muvofiq.

Gapirish:

O‘zsohasiga aloqador tanish mavzularda o‘ziga ishonch bilan muloqotga kirisha oladi. Fikr almashishi, ma’lumotni tekshirishi yoki tasdiqlashi mumkin. Odatdan tashqari mavzularda so‘zlasha oladi, muammo nimada ekanini ko‘rsatib beradi. Mavhum mavzul arda, masalan, madaniyat, kino, kitoblar haqida gapira oladi. Sayohat qilishga o‘xshash holatlarda so‘z boyligining ko‘p qismini ishlata oladi. Tanish mavzularda tayyorgarliksiz so‘zlashadi, o‘z fikrini bildira oladi (oila, qiziqishlari, hissiyotlari, ish, sayohat, hozirda bo‘layotgan voqealar). O‘quvchilarning gapirish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish uchun darsning har bir daqiqasini o‘quvchilarni gapirtirishga undash, til muhitini yaratish, qiziqarli vaziyatlarni vujudga keltirib, o‘quvchilar qaysi tilda gapirayotganini esdan chiqaradigan darajada o‘yinlar tashkil qilish kerak. Bu uchun ushbu dasturda ko‘rsatilgan manbalardan foydalanish tavsiya qilinadi.

O‘qish:

O‘zi qiziqqan mavzularda o‘rtacha matnni bemalol qoniqarli darajada tushuna oladi . O‘z kasbi, yoshi, qiziqishini qamrab oladigan matnlar bilan ishlay oladi va tushunadi. Matnlar bilan ishlashda “scanning” - “skanerdan o‘tqazish” yoki “shemming” -shemalar va tablitsalarni qarab tushunish, mantiqiy fikrlash darajalarini berib borish kerak bo‘ladi. Chunki asta-sekin o‘smir yoshidan balog‘at yoshiga o‘tayotgan yoshlar uchun bu ko‘nikmalar juda muhim hisoblanadi. Buning uchun o‘qish ko‘nikmasini rivojlantiradigan ko‘nikmalar manbasiga murojaat qilish, ko‘proq uyga vazifa berish, vazifalarni oddiydan murakkabga o‘tish mexanizmini ishlatish tavsiya et iladi.

Yozish:

O‘zi uchun qiziqarli bo‘lgan mavzuda o‘rtacha 25-500ta so‘zgacha matn tuza oladi (bunda qisqa gaplar qatori birinchi kursda). Ikkinchi kursdan boshlab kurs va diplom ishlarini amalga oshirayotganda va har bir darsning portfoliosini bajarganda yozuv ko‘nikmalari berilib boriladi. O‘quvchilar o‘z fikrlarini har kunlik kundalik sifatida oz-ozdan yozib borsalar, biror darsdan ikkinchi darsga ularning ko‘nikmalari rivojl anib borayotganini o‘zlari ham his qilib borishlariga e’tibor berilishi lozim. Yozishda plagiastlik haqida tushuncha berib borish, imkon qadar uni tekshirib, o‘quvchilarda bir- birining yozuviga nisbatan hurmatini o‘stirib borish tavsiya etiladi.
