Dear Vendor, Manufacturer or Distributor,
Thank you for your interest in submitting a bid to the East Stroudsburg Area School District (ESASD).

1. 
   The prices bid will begin July 1, 2017 and prices must be guaranteed until June 30, 2018.
   

2. 
   The bid is for one year.
   

3. 
   ESASD has estimated quantity usage. It is ESASD intent to try to order as close to the quantities listed; however, due to student preferences, governmental commodity allotment, changes, and other unforeseen circumstances the estimates may not be guaranteed as indicated on the bid sheet.
   

4. 
   ESASD will honor low price bid and award by vendor whose items meet ESASD criteria.
   

5. 
   Unless specified in the bid as a “no substitution item” products which are similar to the ones that are listed, may be substituted. List name of product, pack size, manufacture number, and any other pertinent information.
   

6. 
   This is not an all to one vendor bid. It is the intent of ESASD to try to award items bid up to two (2) vendors. However, specific items, such as pizza, juice, or products shipped directly from manufacturer may also be awarded to additional vendors. Numerous vendors will be awarded parts of the bid and will receive orders on the part which they are the low price bid as long as the product bid meets the specification and quality expected by ESASD, and as long as the product bid benefits ESASD.

   Please submit all bid forms. Initial each page even if your company did not bid on items on that page.
   

8. 
   Sign the “Master Bid” page acknowledging that, as the representative of the company, you are in agreement with the criteria set forth by ESASD.

   Bid will be accepted until 1:00 PM Friday March 24^th 2017

12. Note, an electronic copy of the bid on a CD may be submitted with the bid. However, if you select not to send the CD, once the bid is submitted by mail or hand delivered, ESASD requests an electronic copy of the bid on an excel sheet. However, this cannot be submitted electronically to ESASD until after March 24^th.
About East Stroudsburg Area School District:
ESASD consists of ten school sites. There are eight preparation kitchens. One school receives the meals through a satellite program. Two schools share one kitchen.
ESASD enrollment is approximately 7,500 students. ESASD serves 1,800 breakfast and 4,600 lunch meals daily.
All school delivery sites have separate loading areas and receiving is on ground level.
