Several individuals deem that nowadays a kid's progress is being affected by way of TV, friends, and music, while certain people consider that the impact of the family is more significant than above mentioned. (PARAPHRASE)
To start with, it is common knowledge that for children, making friends is a vital part of their growing up and social development. Children have several kinds of attributes such as social competence, altruism, self - esteem, and self - confidence. Such attributes enable children to learn more about themselves and develop their own identity. And, as children mature, friends are able to help reduce stress and navigate challenging developmental experiences, especially during teenage years. But it is not only the social and emotional benefits. Friends can positively influence children's health. To be more precise, children who played frequently with active friends were far less likely to mention barriers for not exercising, such as low self-esteem, feeling self- conscious or lack of enjoyment.

On the other hand the influence of the family can be more essential for kid's development. Since first and foremost, every child grows up initially in his/her family. He/she finds out the bright universe there. Furthermore, children learn the initial lesson of the upbringing in family. That is why, the place of the family is very sacred in society and each person appreciates it frankly. For instance, father is the head of the family in family. He sincerely educates his children from time of youth to grown-up. Therefore, the role of the family is weightier for children's development.

To conclude, friendship is an important part of every child's puberty and social progress, whereas it could be restated that the effect of the family might be more significant for children's elevation.
