Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention that I am not satisfied with your quality of services provided at M-Baraka supermarket.I am talking about the services when I had bought heater from your supermarket on 28th November 2021.
Unfortunately,your product was damaged.Because I had not checked.I brought it home and tried it,but it did not work.Heater was damaged.
I was deeply disappointed with the defective product and requested you to us the proper replacement.I have been a regular client of your supermarket but now I am completely disappointed.I expect quality services from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention.
I would like to replace it with another quality heater and look foward to your replies within shortest time.
