BID PROPOSAL

Converting existing (manual) assessing records to TRIO assessing and winsketch modules

Bids should be submitted to The Pittston Town Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2017. Bids should be submitted using this form, placed in a sealed envelope marked “Pittston Assessing Proposal”, and sent to the attention of the Pittston Select Board. The Owner, or a representative of the company, submitting bid must be present at the time of the opening of the bids, which will be June 14, 2017 at 6:15 p.m at the Pittston Town Office.

Scope of work to be performed by Contractor:

1. 
   Load TRIO cost files with land and building costs previously created manually
   
2. 
   Create new neighborhood code and zone schedules for land assessments
   
3. 
   Re-price land to mirror land pricing on current property card
   
4. 
   Use current building listing information and convert into TRIO
   
5. 
   Re-price buildings to mirror building pricing on current property card record
   
6. 
   Use TRIO’s Winsketch module to sketch buildings and calculate building size
   
7. 
   Must provide Certificate of General Liability Insurance with W/C coverage
   

The Town of Pittston has approximately 1620 developed parcels.

The Town of Pittston will provide the necessary TRIO modules to complete the above scope of work.

The Town of Pittston’s Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
