You are a sales representative of a large company and you are writing about a long delay in delivery of goods. Write a letter to a customer and in your letter:

  1. Apologies for the delay

  2. Explain the reasons of delaying

  3. Give information about new delivery

Dear Sir,
I am writing to offer my apologies for postponing due to the irregularities in the manufacturing department.
First of all, the primary for late delivery is that breaking up one our company’s line which could work for items to provide high quality to you have been ordered and this has led to this delay. Another reason is that international tracking. Therefore, the goods you ordered can be delayed for two weeks.
Our company would be pleased to inform you that in order to make up your inconvenience extra items will be offered. To ensure that this does not take place in the future again all precautionary steps have been taken. Once again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please accept my sincere apologize for missing from an essential meeting, I was in an office when I was heard about my wife going the local hospital. Due to I had to go to hospital.
Let me explain more detail. The primary reason for absence in important event held by company is that I am the only person who relative on my wife in the city to care her and fill our all paperwork. Another reason is that she needed to take medicine because she has been suffering from serious illnesses since 2010.
I would submit extra work until this weekend to it make up your inconvenience and I would say strongly it will not take place in the future.

Firstly, I had enquired 3 portion of stake and 1 portion of porridge for our daughter which would be made with rice and we were given 2 portion stake which was thrown out from another customer so I had to swear your waiter but she aggressively answered me, we had just move out there without paying any bill.
Furthermore, unexpectedly we were eyewitness waiter which works in your restaurant was servicing when she had drunk whose name was Julia.
I believe that your waiter could not suit to work in your restaurant and I believe you could be dismissed this waiter who do not care about herself due to her own badly service for your regular customer.
You had better give this matter your urgent attention, or I absolutely will have to change my daily restaurant.
