APPENDIX 2 INTRODUCTION SAMPLE
For instance,
Developing communicative competence of the learners for functioning in multicultural world in scientific, academic, business spheres and everyday life - is the basic aim of TFL not only in the Republic of Uzbekistan but in all states around the world which are used CERF common provisions. But nowadays FL teachers in our state don’t pay sufficient attention to developing learners’ communicative competence they go on teaching only language rules (grammar, phonetic, vocabulary) and developing basic speech skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). It was proved by the world famous scientists (Chomsky N., Hymes, Galskova N., Gez N, J. Richards, Jalalov J.J. and others) that for effective communication in the modern world gaining knowledge about the system of the target language and developing basic speech skills are not enough. Communicative competence based on integration of linguistic, socio-linguistic, socio-cultural and pragmatic competences allows learners to achieve the aims of communication in different social situations more effectively. The problem actuality may be proved by the fact that modern textbooks alongside with teachers do not apply adequate activities for developing communicative competence. Teaching 1-grade learners is based on oral approach (only listening and speaking) but their textbook Kid’s English also does not have enough oral activities for developing especially sociolinguistic and pragmatic competences….
