INTRODUCTION (annotation of PhD dissertation) 
The aim of the research 
is to develop the proposals for improving the system 
of information and psychological security of youth in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The object of the study 
is the system for ensuring information and 
psychological security of youth. 
The subject of research 
is features and regularities of improving the system 
of ensuring information and psychological security of youth in the Republic of 
Uzbekistan, as well as social relations arising in this activity. 
The scientific novelty of the reasearch is as follows: 
the need to strengthen the organizational algorithm for ensuring information 
and psychological security in improving the methodology for the formation of 
information and psychological immunity of youth through social institutions has 
been substantiated; 
it has been substantiated the need for building up spiritual and psychological 
potential through the development of education, culture, art and the media in 
protecting the youth from illegal psychological influence through information media 
and the information that is harmful to their health; 
the organizational and legal mechanism for countering threats emanating from 
modern information and psychological technologies (trolling, cyberbullying, 
manipulation, kashenism, social engineering and internet addiction) has been 
improved by strengthening the regulatory framework aimed at preventing violations 
and crimes, including in social networks; 
with the aim of creating a social portrait of young people with a high 
probability of falling under the influence of information and psychological threats 
and virtual addictions, a form of a sociological questionnaire was developed, 
modified (the probability of forming the image of the “informational Self”, the 
probability of the existence of psychologically unhealthy syndromes, the level of 
development of subcultural behavior, the influence of information on the 
development of negative behavior) to assess the manifestations of an antisocial 
lifestyle (suicidal, deviant, aggressive, criminal, addictive).
