Implementation of research results. Suggestions were made as a result of 
studying the problems of ensuring spiritual security in society and the following 
were achieved: 
The need to develop a national concept of ensuring moral security in society 
in the framework of the program objectives of the "Strategy of Actions", as well as 
the political, organizational, moral and moral consequences of implementing 
conclusions that serve to improve moral security in society, were effectively used 
in the activities of the Central Council of the democratic party of Uzbekistan 
"Milliy Tiklanish" and the regional branch. It was also effectively used in 
developing party plans for the second half of 2019, increasing the role of the 
institution of the family in society, increasing the social activity of youth and 
women, as well as in training courses for party staff (Protocol of the Central 
Council of the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy tiklanish” dated April 24, 
2019 No. 01-227). These conclusions and proposals have served to improve the 
effectiveness of party organizations and the formation of election programs for 
candidates participating in the elections that will be held in our country this year; 
Conclusions on the need to introduce national ideology into the 
consciousness of citizens to ensure the role of spiritual security in the 
implementation of the concept "From national revival to national prosperity", and 
the need for their implementation. The recommendations were widely used in the 
implementation of the tasks outlined in the activities and work plans of the

Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment (Protocol of the Republican

19). These proposals and recommendations contributed greatly to the increase in 
the effectiveness of the Center's activities in this direction; 
Within the framework of the "five important initiatives", proposals were 
adopted aimed at increasing the activity of young people, who are the main layer of 
society in socio-cultural activities, the importance of ensuring spiritual security, 
moderation of the spiritual life of society, the introduction of technologies for 
identifying and eliminating existing risks, and suggestions about the need to 
organize the activities of research institutions aimed at implementing overcoming 
technologies have been widely used in the implementation of the tasks defined in 
the activities and work plan of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, as well as in the 
training and retraining courses of the “Institute for Study of youth problems and 
training promising personnel” at the Academy of public administration under the 
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Protocol of the Central Council of the 
Union of Youth of Uzbekistan No. 04-13 / 2160 of May 6, 2019). These proposals 
and recommendations made a great contribution to the increase in the effectiveness 
of the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan and the Institute for Study of 
youth problems and training promising personnel; 
The activities of research institutes to ensure spiritual security in our 
country, the legal basis for organizing the system of spiritual expertise, conclusions 
on the development of evaluation indicators, suggestions and recommendations on 
the need for their implementation have been widely used in the implementation of 
the tasks defined in the activities and work plans of the Republican center for 
spirituality and enlightenment (Protocol of the Republican center of spirituality and 
enlightenment dated May 30, 2019 No. 30, 02/09-683-19).
