The subject of the research
is the scientific-philosophical study of ethical-
paradigmatic bases of Abu Nasr Farabi’s views about spiritual culture and personal 
development.
Scientific novelty of the research is: 
The problem of spiritual culture and personal development in Abu Nasr 
Farabi's heritage has been studied in connection with moral concepts, like moral 
sense, ethical relationship and moral awareness; 
The combination of science and moral virtues, the high intellectual and moral 
principles, that helps youth in spiritual development, the spiritual and moral ways 
of turning a person into a wise and noble person in the Abu Nasr Farabi's heritage 
has been investigated in accordance with education and upbringing; 
In the works of Abu Nasr Farabi about high spirituality and harmonious 
person ethical principles (justice, patriotism, humanism) and intellectual 
(intelligence, wisdom, perceptivity), determined (patience, stableness, tolerance) 
and emotional (love, affectionate, kindness) characters have been philosophically 
explained; 
The main components of harmony (duty, responsibility, conscience, justice, 
honesty, piety) in the philosophical and cultural studies of Abu Nasr Farabi have 
been explained. 
Implementation of results of the research.
On the basis of Abu Nasr 
Farabi's practical suggestions and research on the study of spiritual culture and 
personality: 
The suggestions about moral concepts, like moral awareness, moral sense, 
ethical relationship in the Abu Nasr Farabi's heritage has been used in conducting 
republican youth contest and youth festivals, preparation of propaganda videos by 
Youth Media Centre, events under the slogan "Youth is the future builder" and 
charity "Future with you" (Youth Union of Uzbekistan’s certificate number 04-
13/3350 on 25 June, 2018). These proposals and recommendations have 
contributed to the formation of a sense of national pride and poud in young people, 
their close acquaintance with the scientific and spiritual heritage of our great 
ancestors, and the systematic organization of the education of a harmonious 
personality; 
The scientific results of Abu Nasr Farabi's works on explaining the 
combination of science and moral virtues, the high intellectual and moral 
principles, that helps youth in spiritual development, the spiritual and moral ways 
of turning a person into a wise and noble person in accordance with education and

upbringing were used by Almazar district department of the Republican Center for 
Spirituality and Enlightenment, to study the ancient and rich history, to convey the 
spiritual heritage of our ancestors to the next generation, to promote it widely and 
to carry out research work. (Reference of the Republican Center for Spirituality 
and Enlightenment’s certificate number 03 / 09-1331 on October 3, 2019). These 
results helped to increase the knowledge of the population, especially the youth, 
about the spiritual and scientific heritage of the scholars of our country, to enhance 
their spiritual and educational potential, and to nurture the young generation. 
In the Abu Nasr Farabi’s works about high spirituality and harmonious person 
ethical principles (justice, patriotism, humanism) and intellectual (intelligence, 
wisdom, perceptivity), determined (patience, stableness, tolerance) and emotional 
(love, affectionate, kindness) characters positively influenced the education of the 
youth in the spirit of ancestors (04-13 October 2019) / Reference No. 4535). As a 
result, the organization of the work on further development of youth spirituality 
and its formation as a fully developed personality was achieved; 
The conclusions, suggestions and recommendations of the philosophical and 
cultural studies of Abu Nasr Farabi about the main components of harmony (duty, 
responsibility, conscience, justice, honesty, piety) were used in the preparing the 
textbook "Civil Society", "Dictionary of Civil Society Science and Terms" as well 
as texts of lectures on Civil Society, Philosophy, and National Idea: Strategy for 
Uzbekistan Development and the practical sessions Guide (Ministry of Higher and 
Secondary Special Education on October 5, 2019, No. 89-03-3751 reference). The 
results of this research work are aimed at improving the quality of teaching and 
learning content in the disciplines "Civil Society", "Philosophy" and "National 
Idea: Development Strategy of Uzbekistan".
