The purpose of the research is 
to develop both proposals and 
recommendations for improving the special physical fitness of qualified football 
players in inter-game cycles. 
The object of the research 
is the training process with highly qualified 
football players. 
The subject of the research 
is the content, forms, means and methods of 
improving the special physical readiness of highly qualified football players in the 
inter-game cycles. 
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: 
the possibilities of correcting trinor loads in intergame cycles with the help of 
innovative computer technologies have been expanded due to the modern 
determination of the indicators of the intellectual component by the method of 
assessing the speed of complex visual-motor reactions to the 
"SZMR-3",

training loads: psychophysiological responsiveness, maximum strength of various 
muscle groups, visual analyzer function technical and tactical - the time of mastering 
the ball, the accuracy of passing the ball at various distances; 
Based on the level of the formation of the functional base, which requires 
large-scale specialized work from football players, the possibilities of increasing the 
ratio of the volumes of specialized exercises as they approach the competition have
