The process of formation of human society goes back a long way. In turn, the study of 
the past has been one of the most pressing issues of each era. The science of archeology is 
also an integral part of history and occupies a special place among the social sciences. It is 
known that archaeologists encounter a variety of sources in the process of excavating the 
monuments. In order to use these resources scientifically, archaeologists must first carefully 
excavate, consolidate, and restore the finds, among other things. 
When and where did the art of music appear? To answer this question, it is necessary 
to look at the ancient history of mankind. It turns out that the development of music, like 
other arts (dance , painting, etc.), began to appear gradually. Music played an important role 
in the process of understanding the identity of primitive man. Because music is his hard 
work, his active attitude to the environment . The primitive system of life has left a long 
mark on human history. 
According to archeologists, the music culture was represented by primitive man in the 
form of various paintings on rocks. According to experts, such artistic creation of primitive 
people was not a true art. Because their work was not yet a separate independent activity , 
but an integral part of labor and various ceremonies. Primitive man's worldview and feelings 
of fear never left him. After all, the world around him was full of secret enemies and 
enmity. In order to survive, a person needed personal qualities such as strength, endurance, 
agility, agility, sensitivity. That is why the primitive man knew a lot about birds and 
animals, trees and meadows, from the flooding of rivers to terrible storms. It is astonishing 
that he depicts wild animals in a dynamic way from nature. However, the internal 
connections are not noticeable, but more fantastic . 
Primitive man thought that each object had its own hidden appearance, had some 
mystical power, and was therefore able to solve the problems necessary for life. In his mind,
