The Central Informatization Center (CIC) of the Central Bank is a center that provides 
technical, software and operational services of the interbank payment system in accordance 
with applicable law and agreements between ABM and banks. 
The rights and obligations of participants and users of the interbank payment system 
are regulated by a bilateral agreement with the Central Information Center for the opening 
and servicing of correspondent accounts of banks and electronic payments through the 
interbank payment system of the Central Bank. 
The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan may extend the time of transfer of 
interbank Electronic Payment Accounts by a written order of the Deputy Chairman in 
charge of the payment system, depending on the parameters of monetary management. 
System participants and users will be notified about this no later than one hour before the 
end of the Electronic Payment Account processing time.
