INTRODUCTION
After independence of our country, great changes have taken place. Independence has opened opportunities and prospects for reasonable and rational use of enormous natural, mineral, raw material, human labor production and intellectual resources and potentials of our region in the interests of our own people in the first place. Independence has given a powerful impetus to the development and transformation of economy, social and educational sphere and all other spheres of our society life. Independence has opened for us vast horizons, gave us a unique chance to build our future with our own hands, to decide our destiny, arrange our life and our common home so that it met our national interests and values, universally, and established democratic norms. Our youth forms the foundation of the national security of our Republic. [2; 15]
Uzbekistan has its own way of development. In the modern world, in the condition of globalization, the role of knowledge and learning in the process of historical and social development of people all over the world is very acute today as ever before [4; 12]. The prove of this idea can be found in our Republic, when we are in the transition period, and the need for highly experienced and intellectual specialists is becoming very crucial. English has become the international language of the world community today. Different international organizations hold their meetings in English. English is also the language of international commerce.
The people of Uzbekistan feel confident in their future. They rely, first, on their own abilities and the tremendous natural and economic resources of their nation. They will find their own way to a healthy life, filled with happiness, wealth and culture. A great future awaits us. In addition, it instills us with vigor and energy to fulfill our common efforts for the benefit of the citizens of Uzbekistan. [1; 14]
The potential of the individual has a most favorable genetic base with the Uzbeks. The Republic is rich in capable, gifted people who have managed to associate themselves with the best achievements of the world in science, technology, philosophy, and law while retaining their affiliation with their people. They are the most enterprising section of the society and have the most positive impact on the whole of the nation, instilling confidence in its capabilities. Each educated person must know one or more foreign languages. At present great importance is attached to the study and teaching of foreign languages. No doubt, it happens not without purpose. [2; 21]
We dare say that Namangan became a construction site. Dozens of lyceums, professional colleges, schools and two, three stored houses build and given to young people to get education and to live. They differ greatly, from old ones. One can see all the necessary equipment, computer classes, laboratories, textbooks of the new type at all education institutions, house with to date kitchens, bathrooms and sitting rooms.
Today, the importance of our people’s perfect knowledge of foreign languages can scarcely be exaggerated as our country aspires to win a decent place in the word community, because our people see their great future as an in mutual accord and cooperation with their foreign partners. However, it is necessary to remember always that the study of foreign languages should not be carried out at the expense of oblivion to the mother tongue. It is hard to understand and justify a specialist, especially one holding a high post, who is unable to choose fine and appropriate words to express his idea, concisely and precisely, in his mother tongue. Today’s President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree "On Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy ". The Strategy is to be implemented in five stages, each of which provides for approval of a separate annual State program in accordance with a declared name of the year. [1; 25]
Five priority areas of Uzbekistan’s Development strategy for 2017-2021:

I. Priority areas for improving the system of state and public construction
II. Priority areas for ensuring the rule of law and further reforming the judicial system
III. Priority areas of economic development and liberalization
IV. Priority areas of development of the social sphere:
4.4. Development of education and science:

  • maintaining the policies aimed at further improving the system of continuous education, increasing access to quality education, training of qualified personnel in accordance with the demand of the labor market;

  • implementing targeted measures aimed at strengthening the material-technical base of educational institutions through construction, reconstruction and repair, equipping with modern teaching and laboratory equipment, computers, teaching aids;

  • increasing number of preschools and achieving major improvement of conditions in these facilities for comprehensive intellectual, aesthetic and physical development of children, ensuring affordability, and significantly increasing enrollment in preschools, raising the skills of teachers and specialists;

  • achieving major improvement of in quality of general secondary education, facilitating in-depth study of foreign languages, computer science, and other important and popular disciplines, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology;

  • construction of new, reconstruction of existing children's sports facilities and music and art schools with a view of engaging of children in mass sports, and to the world of music and arts;

  • improving training and employment of students of professional colleges on specialties that meet the requirements of the market economy and the needs of employers;

  • improving the quality and effectiveness of higher education institutions through introduction of international standards of training and assessment of the quality of teaching, gradual increase in admission quota;

  • stimulating research and innovation, creation of effective mechanisms for the implementation of scientific and innovative achievements into practice, creation of scientific and experimental specialized laboratories, high-tech centers, industrial parks at universities and research institutes.

V. Priority areas in the field of security, inter-ethnic harmony and religious tolerance, and implementation of balanced, mutually beneficial and constructive foreign policy.
The theme of the course work is “Types and Classification of Speech Acts”. The course work discusses the origin of speech acts and its types in chapter one. Since, it is also discussed the works of scholars on this theme in chapter two. One more urgent task of the work was to illuminate the processes of the influence of scientific knowledge on subjects.
