Comparative typology of Hypotaxemes with an Adverbial Clause of Place in Modern English and Uzbek/Russian

In the compared languages an adverbial clause of place may be connected to the principle clause by the help of such English subordinators as «where, wherever, whereto, whence, whereupon, wherethrough, wheresoever, whereon ,whereat, wherefrom, whereunder, whereafter, everywhere», etc., such Uzbek subordinators as “қаер…., шу ер...., қаерда, шу ерда..., кайда. уеки, шу ерда, қаердаки, шу ерда...қайси томонда, шу томонда( жойда, тарафда томонда.), қаер бўлмасин, уша ерда(жойда,..etc. ), such Russian subordinators as “где , где бы,…не, куда, откуда. от которого, от которой, с которым, с которой, у которого , у которой, без которого , без которой, под которым, под которой, вне которого, вне которой, etc.
In a complex sentence an adverbial clause of place shows where the action, process, state, quality or event denoted by the predicate of the principal clause takes place.

Wherever he goes he makes friends easily
У қаерга бормасин, осонгина дўстлар орттиради.
Куда бы он не пошел, он легко обзаводиться друзьями
... His cats follow him everywhere he goes (LDCE).
У қаерга бормасин, мушуклари унинг ортидан борадилар.
Где бы он не ходил, его коты везде следуют за ним,
Where there's a will, there is a way (Proverb).

In English the connection between the subordinate clause of place and the principal clause is expressed by: 1) connective adverbs “where, wherever, everywhere”, 2) the parallel construction “ where there is..., there is”.
In Uzbek the connection between the subordinate clause of place and the principal clause is expressed by:
the connective adverb қаерда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun шу ерда / жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun у ерда / жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun шунда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun ўша ерда / жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun ўша epra / жойга in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаердан + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun шу ерда / жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаердаки + conditional mood in the subordinate clause and the pronoun у ерда/ жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + V + ар экан in the subordinate clause and the pronoun у ерда / жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда + V + ар экан in the subordinate clause and the pronoun ўша ерда/ жойда in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаерда in the principal clause and the negative form of the imperative mood in the subordinate clause;
the phrase қайси томонда + conditional mood in the subordinate clause, the phrase ўша тамонда in the principal clause;
the phrase қайси томонга + conditional mood in the subordinate clause, the phrase ўша томонга in the principal clause;
the phrase қайси томондан + conditional mood in the subordinate clause, the phrase ўша томонга in the principal clause;
the connective adverb қаёққа + conditional mood in the subordinate clause, the phrase ўша томонга in the principal clause.
In English subordinate clauses of place are postpositive, except those which are introduced by parallel construction there is ... there is, whereas in Uzbek it is prepositive.
The differences between English and Uzbek/Russian complex sentences with an adverbial clause of place cause interlanguage interferences, and it is advisable to train students as to system of exercises aimed at disturbing the typical mistakes.
