a foreign language is carried out outside the language environment, far from the real
functioning of the languages and cultures being studied.
The process of teaching a foreign language contributes to the formation of
tolerance, as the purpose of teaching a foreign language is to teach real communication
with representatives of different cultures, the development of intercultural
communication, which is one of the main conditions for the formation of tolerance. For
participants of cross-cultural communication, it is important to have General
knowledge about culture and special knowledge about the cultural standard, skills of
cross-cultural activities in order to act effectively and with a minimum of
misunderstandings and conflicts.
The quality of training depends largely on the ability of the teacher to choose the
language and country studies material. Knowledge of another culture consists in
searching for differences between samples of one's own and another's culture and

selecting texts:
1. Geography, cities-monuments.
2. Customs, traditions.
3. Outstanding people.
4. Education system.
5. Painting, architecture, sculpture.

8. Monuments of art and literature
9. Movies, theater, media, TV.
10.

non-speech behavior taking into account the peculiarities of the culture of the language
being studied, while understanding the unified system of ethnic values of peoples. The
training material is presented and practiced in tasks that modulate situations of real
