Figure 2. Determination of the boundary of the village of Sakkaku with a drone
The cost of establishing a single frontier is estimated at 50,000,000 sums [6; 57 -60 b]. 82 *
50 000 = 4 100 000 sums will be used for frontier fencing along the border of the district and 32*
x50 000 = 1 600 000 sum for the border markers in Satkak village. An average of 60
border
markers (60 * 50,000) * 13 = 39,000,000 was spent on 13 rural boundaries in the district.
In this case, border patrols will be able to monitor the area more effectively using UAVs.
Because these symbols reflect light from themselves and enhance the ability to capture accurately
the boundary marks. In turn, it is important to carry out state control over the effective use of land.
The conclusion
. Hence, the introduction of socio-legal,
organizational, economic and
innovative and technical measures based on the aforementioned boundary markers will ensure long -
term and sustainable use of land plots with a one-year reimbursement. This is the most creative and
innovative solution to land use control, making it possible to clearly define boundaries.
This
will increase the government
’
s control over land resources in the area based on the
designation of border markers, and the possibility of
regular large-scale monitoring, regardless of
the season.
Recommendations
1. Innovative technologies will be able to identify boundaries across regions;
2. Allows continuous monitoring of changes in land area;
3. The description of the approved boundary line of administrative territorial units is written
on topographic map;
4. Using frontier markers, the district boundaries compiled orthophotoplanes with a scale of
1:10 000, and cities with a scale of 1: 2000;
5. The Land Cadastre has received accurate data for maintenance.
